Depending on your requests. We’ll meet all your demands regarding
printing.
6. Does Kien Vang have
any responsibilities for my logo sample?
No. We don’t
register or protect the copyright of the logos we’ve designed for
our customers who have the full right to the designed logos. They’
re responsible for protecting the copyright of their logos and have it
registered by themselves. (please see the section of logo designing on
the next page)
7. Which softwares do
you make use of for the designing work?
We make use of many applied softwares
. Most commonly the Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel draw.
8. Which modes of payment
do you accept ?
You have to pay 100% of the contract
value in cash right after the signing of the contract. After that we’ll
begin our designing work.
10. What happens if we
can’t accept a logo sample after 3 times of designing ?
If you can’t
accept a logo sample after 3 times of redesigning, we’ll refund
50% of the total value of the contract to you. The samples which have
already been sent to you still belong to us. You are not allowed to use
them without our consent.
